Pale Ale 5.0%

Usually a moderate to high hop flavour, often showing a citrusy American hop character. Low to moderately high clean malt character supports the hop presentation, and may optionally show small amounts of specialty malt character (bready, toasty, biscuity). The balance is typically towards the late hops and bitterness. Caramel flavours are usually restrained or absent. Fruity esters can be moderate. Moderate to high hop bitterness with a medium to dry finish. Hop flavour and bitterness often lingers into the finish.

Schwarz Bier 4.9%

Light to moderate malt flavour, which can have a clean, neutral character to a rich, sweet, Munich-like intensity. Light to moderate roasted malt flavours can give a bitter-chocolate palate that lasts into the finish, but which are never burnt. Medium-low to medium bitterness. Light to moderate hop flavour. Clean lager character with no fruity esters or diacetyl. Aftertaste tends to dry out slowly and linger, featuring hop bitterness with a complementary but subtle roastiness in the background.

 

Pilsner 5.0%

Rich, complex maltiness combined with a pronounced yet soft and rounded bitterness and flavour from Saaz hops. Bitterness is prominent but never harsh, and does not linger. The aftertaste is balanced between malt and hops. Clean, no fruity esters.

 

Bavarian Red 5.0%

Caramelised malty flavour with subtle toffee tones, this lager has a delicate palate that finishes off with a gentle hop bitterness.

 

Porter 5.5%

Moderately strong malt flavor usually features a lightly burnt, black malt character (and sometimes chocolate and/or coffee flavors) with a bit of roasty dryness in the finish. Overall flavor may finish from dry to medium-sweet, depending on grist composition, hop bittering level, and attenuation. May have a sharp character from dark roasted grains, although should not be overly acrid, burnt or harsh. Medium to high bitterness, which can be accentuated by the roasted malt.

  

 

Belgian Strong Ale 7.5%

Clear, deep amber with a moderate sweet malt
profile, balanced with some spice and soft phenols.

 

 

 

Hefeweizen 5.0%

A traditional German wheat beer, Hefeweizen is
renowned for its bold banana aroma, which is balanced
by hints of clove. Its hazy appearance is due to special
German yeast that promotes the fruit and spicy notes.
