Sydney Cider is made from a blend of quality cullinary (eating) apples with no other 'fillers'.
It is fermented with Champagne yeast giving it a fine bead and wine style structure.
It contains 4.5% alcohol and does not have a strong alcohol flavour.
The flavour is crisp and refreshing, dry up front but with pure apple sweetness resulting in a clean, untainted finish.
It truly is refreshing and easy to drink.
Serve straigt up or with ice and fresh squeezed lime wedge in a wine glass or tall glass.
Sydney Cider also mixes well with Vodka, Gin,Tequila and all fruit based liquers.
See cocktails for recipes.
Sydney Cider represents a light alternative to Champagne and wine or a fresher, pure alternative to RTD's and more traditional ciders. It is a good accompaniment to most food, particularly seafood and spicy Asian cuisine whilst also proving to be a great cleansing beverage to accompany a variety of desserts, fruits and cheeses.
Sydney Cider has 66mg of Vitamin C per bottle. Measured independantly at 20mg per 100ml, it has the equivalent vitamin C of some fruit juices and subsequently reduces the effect of hangovers.
This is along with other health benefits including less calories than grape derived wines.
